Our Web design process is broken down into four stages. We work with you at every stage of the design process to insure your "building blocks" are constructed with your vision.
Web Design Process:
|
Interview
The initial interview is a way for us to meet you and start to build your vision for the world to view. We will discuss your long and short term goals. Both your long and short term goals should include an online business plan which will define your online goals. The interview will be conducted via one of three methods, 1) telephone, 2) email or 3) in-person.
During the interview we will need to know everything possible about your company. The more we know about your company's products, services, content and vision will help to insure a seamless and prompt Web design process.

|
Design Quote
A preliminary Design Quote will be sent to you for your review. The preliminary Design Quote will be based on the initial interview notes, and a preliminary story board will be developed based upon the information provided during the interview. The Design Quote will include your site's "building blocks" and list all pages in the story board to be developed.
Once you have previewed the preliminary quote, you will respond with your approval or disapproval of the quote. Any questions or concerns will be addressed, and the needed changes (if any) will be updated or changed. If the quote is approved then a formal contract will be sent to you. Once the necessary down payments have been received, along with the signed contract, the design construction will begin. If you do not approve the quote, you will provide the desired updates and/or changes.
At this point the design rates will begin accruing.

|
Formal Contract
Once the Design Quote is approved, a formal contract will be sent to you for your signature. The contract will include the storyboard and all of the pages to be included, the downpayment, the design rates, a copyright statement and any other necessary disclaimers. After you have signed and returned the contract with the necessary downpayments, a preliminary template will be sent to you for your approval. The template will be a rough version of the homepage to be designed.
With the signed contract, you will provide all site content and graphics in Web ready form. The following is a list of what exactly Web ready form is:
- electronically => email
- hard copies => floppy disks, CD ROM'S or ZIP disks
- content text => word processor files
- graphics/images => jpeg or gif files only

Site Construction
Any final changes to the preliminary template will be updated and the final Design Construction will commence. Copyright information about your content or graphics may be requested. You take to the responsibility to ensure all information provided to Reflections Multimedia is only copyrighted by you.
Once the Site Construction is completed, you will receive all information contained within your Website via CD ROM or ZIP disk depending upon size. Your domain name should already be attained, and the Website will need to be uploaded to your Web host. To prevent any questions or difficulties uploading your site, allow Reflections Multimedia to host your Website at very competitive rates.
